What an awesome comment, Steve. Thank you. The blessing goes both ways. There is something about facing our limits that brings us in touch with something higher, something deeper, greater.

I miss those days around fried cheese sticks, fries, and coffee. You guys have shaped my life.

Blessings, brother.

I think back to late nights at Denny's where a few late teen guys sat around talking Jesus and his message over endless pots of coffee. It was my bonding point with you, Jesus remains the holy linch pin in our connection evermore.

Knowing to what lengths you've gone to quench the depths of your spiritual hunger through Seminary makes me look at what depths Ive gone to satisfy that inherent need for communication and service to the life Ive been given.

The car accident Feb. 3, 1992 set me on my way to a deeper relationship within 24 hours of it occurring. Since that morning I knew I would never be the same let alone couldnt turn back from what I was quietly understanding. The more and more I opened up to the search, the more I was caught up on the momentum of the journey. It is the principal reason ive moved around the country searching for a new place to employ the music on behalf of what I learned the morning / day of that accident.

In summary, Im filled with great happiness to have a meaningful friendship with you, one that is rooted in Jesus Christ. It is amazing to see the path's we both have taken with Christ as our compass, how the journey differs on account of how life flows for people with their choices.

Having the river of my life intertwining with the river of yours is a great honor to call you friend. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to have matured over time with you on the playing field and having such a thoroughly passionate love of God between us. We all express our love in many ways, in one of many ways, I express my love of God in a friendship with you.

Your friend & brother in Christ,
